We take care to check and pack every product properly before dispatch. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product different from your order

To request a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To avoid misuse and to verify genuine claims, customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video from the time of opening the package.

For damaged, defective, or wrong product claims, the unboxing video may be required for verification.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Product tag, packing, or original condition is missing

  • Customer does not like the colour, design, texture, or fabric after delivery

  • Minor colour variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings

  • Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Saree fall, pico, blouse stitching, or any customization has been done

Exchange Policy

If the return request is approved after verification, we may offer an exchange for the same product or another product of similar value, depending on stock availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong

  • The issue is verified by our team

  • Replacement or exchange is not available

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

Refund processing time may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake, such as wrong product, damaged product, or defective product, we will guide you regarding the return shipping process.

Products must be returned in unused condition with original packing.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
